Kindly meet your guide on the street edge by the roundabout at Michaelerplatz. Please stand near the street curb, 10-15 metres away from the Looshaus building. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour's starting time.

* The gardens are not green or lit up in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer and autumn
* In case of extreme weather conditions (such as snow), the gardens will be excluded from the itinerary for the safety of the guests. From 08.11 to 06.01, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead
