Where you'll meet
The departure place is the Bus Parking Landenberg, in front of the AVIA gas station. Your tour guide will meet you on the sidewalk. Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure for check-in.

* The minimum age to take part in the activity is 12 years
* The tour will be held in English and Spanish, although the ski activity will only be in English by a certified ski instructor
* This tour includes: ski rental equipment (boots, sticks, helmet, jacket, pants, gloves), and access to bodmiArena (beginners' area)
* The activity depends on snow conditions. Weather conditions are beyond the tour operator's control, therefore, no refund will be offered due to poor or less-than-ideal weather
* Refunds aren't possible for last-minute tour cancellations due to flight changes or unforeseen health issues. Please consider travel insurance before your trip to cover such situations
