Know in advance: * The minimum age for paragliding is 6 years old * The minimum weight is 30 kgs (66 lbs) and the maximum is 115 kg (253 lbs) * Paragliding is suitable for anyone who can run 20 metres * This activity is subject to favourable weather conditions. Should the local operator decide to cancel a tour due to bad weather conditions, they will contact you in advance * The staff speaks English, French, Spanish, German, and Polish Remember to bring: * Comfortable clothes and sports shoes, preferably boots that support your ankles * In winter, bring a coat and gloves
