Accessibility:
* The exhibition is accessible to wheelchair users
Know in advance:
* Use the free web-based audio guide in English or German language on your smartphone. As an alternative, devices can be rented at the box office. Rental fee for an audio guide is €3.50
* The family ticket is valid for 2 adults (age 19+) and 2 children (age 7-18) or 1 adult and 3 children. Admission is free for children under 7 years old
* The reduced ticket is only available on presentation of a valid ID: school pupils, students up to 30 years of age, trainees over 18 years of age, volunteers and those performing military service, seniors 65+, people with disabilities (50% or more disability rating)
* You can access the exhibition on the selected day at any time during opening hours (10 am-7 pm, last admission 6 pm)
