* You must take your ticket and passports to the Fred Olsen ticket office in the harbour of Playa Blanca to receive your boarding cards
* Return tickets can be chosen for the following day if you intend to stay overnight however, once confirmed, cannot be exchanged or amended
* Proof of children's ages are required. Failure to provide this could result in a full adult price paid on the day
* Babies under 3 go free but will need to pay a harbour tax of EUR 4.50. This is included automatically in the price for adults and children
