Know in advance:
* Your ticket includes Seat Category A, which covers Zone A stalls central seats, 1st-floor circular stalls seats, box seats, 1st-floor stalls box seats and Zone B tiered stalls seating. If you arrive after the performance has started, seating in these areas can't be guaranteed
* Children aged 0-5 can join free of charge if they sit on an accompanying adult's lap and don't require their own seat
* The staff speaks Spanish and English
