Where you'll meet
Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10.00am and 6.00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers. Once you have exchanged your voucher, you can board the London Cable Car from either the North Greenwich or Royal Victoria sides of the river (nearest underground is North Greenwich).

* Uber Boat by Thames Clippers day pass is valid on the specific date selected during booking from 10.00 am until the end of service (services run every 10-20 minutes)
* An adult must always accompany children up to the age of 10
* Boarding is based on a first-come, first-served basis
