* Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
* Full names of all participants must be provided at the time of booking and must match valid ID/Passport. Name changes are not permitted.
* All guest including children MUST bring ID the day of the tour.
* In the Uffizi Gallery only small backpacks and regular-size handbags are allowed inside, guests with larger bags will be invited to leave them in the storage before entry.
* It is absolutely forbidden to introduce any kind of liquid in the Uffizi Gallery (except baby bottles and medicinal product)
* Guests may be asked to go through security on this tour.
* Please note that for security reasons bag searches will take place
