The meeting point is located in Piazza del Duomo 6, close to 'Il Papiro' shop. Look for the on-site staff wearing a yellow vest marked "ACCORD." Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry.

* Your ticket does not include skip-the-line access. All visitors must pass through a mandatory security check before entering the Cathedral, and during busy periods, the security queue may exceed one hour
* The Cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and during religious ceremonies
* The audioguide is available in 14 languages. Additional commentary and interesting facts will be provided live by an expert guide in Italian and English
* Once you leave the cathedral, you cannot re-enter
* Entry is not permitted with exposed shoulders or knees, or while wearing sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses
