After that, continue exploring several caves, reachable only by the sea.Depending on the weather conditions of the day and the preparedness of the participants, the itinerary includes:- Departure from the Scoglio Lungo Beach- Sailing to the Freshwater Beaches- Visit of at least 2 or 3 caves, chosen by the expert guide, such as: Seagull Cave, Bench Cave, Bar Cave, Cicala Cave, Mushroom Cave, Bicycle Cave, Lovers Cave, Bridge Cave, Hell Cave and Twin Caves- Stop for about 15 minutes at the beach Scoglioricco or Balai- The route is about 8 km
