Your first stop on this full-day excursion is Murano, where you will visit a local glass factory to discover why the island is renowned for its glassworks. Watch a skilled craftsman demonstrate glass making and enjoy an hour on the island to shop at one of the many glass shops.Next, head to Burano, known for its lace and brightly colored houses. Follow the guide into the heart of the city and take advantage of 2 hours of free time to buy a good lunch, taste typical Venetian aperitifs, or have ice cream in one of the many bars.Finally, venture from Burano to Torcello, the first center of civilization in the estuary. Spend an hour of free time when you can go and see the Venetian-Byzantine mosaics at the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta. From Venezia San Marco, meet the guide at Riva degli Schiavoni 4136, in front of Caserma Cornoldi at piers 1/2/3. / From the train station, meet the guide at the small piers in front of KFC Restaurant (situated near the Calatrava Bridge).
