Full-day tour to Nador and the Marchica Lagoon from Saidia

Take a pause on your 90-minute journey to the coastal city of Nador to admire a protected forest area where the smell of eucalyptus and Aleppo pine trees fill the air. Then, it's on to the main event, the Marchia Lagoon. A 25-kilometre-long sand dune separates it from the Mediterranean Sea, attracting birds like flamingos and pelicans, and making Nador a hotspot for nature-lovers. Sip Moroccan tea with a view of the lagoon before heading into Nador for lunch. There's a tour of the city centre with a walk along the palm-lined promenade on the waterfront, before you have some free time for shopping. On your way back to Saidia, you'll round off the trip with a stop at the fishing village of Ras El Ma, where the Rif Mountains meet the sea.
