* The minimum age is five years. The minimum height is 1.20 metres
* If you're pregnant, you'll need to opt for the Private Dolphin Swim
* For children under 12 years old: If under 1.20 m tall, they must be accompanied by an adult who pays for their ticket. If they are 1.20 metres or taller, one adult may accompany up to three children in the water
* Due to local transportation laws, you must take a taxi to the meeting point to start your excursion – the cost varies from hotel to hotel but is around USD 15.00 each way
* For safety and the well‑being of the dolphins, personal items such as jewellery, piercings, or health‑assist devices are not allowed in the pool
* Sunscreen, mobile phones, and cameras are not permitted in the pool area
* Bring swimwear
