* Before you enter, it's recommended that you download the Viking Planet Guide App. It is free and available on the App Store and Google Play. The app is available in 12 languages and provides additional information about the various attractions at the museum
* The documentary at Norvegr and the 270-degree cinematic experience at The Helmet start every 15 minutes from 10.00am until closing time and last about 12 minutes. It's recommended that you start your experience with the introductory film about the Viking Age on Norvegr
* There is a wheelchair-accessible elevator and toilet and free access for certified carers
* Check the opening hours on the local provider's website to plan your visit
* The VR experience is not recommended for children under 6 years old
