Nowadays, the palace is still a controversial symbol of the country's communist past, but it has also become a beloved part of Warsaw's skyline and cultural heritage. * Please check your email. You will receive your tickets within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of booking (usually within 24 hours)
* This ticket will allow you to skip the line at the ticket office, you will only have to wait for the elevator to the 30th floor
* You will receive an English PDF guide about the Palace of Culture and Science along with the ticket
* Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
* Carry-on bags, handbags, incl. shopping bags, tourist backpacks and parcel boxes must be left in the paid lockers available on Level 1. This does not apply to women's purses/handbags
* The Observation Deck is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
