Know in advance: * Validity: Ticket is valid for the selected date only * Opening Hours: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Last admission is at 5:00 PM * Ticket tiers: Adult (13 years and above), Child (3-12 years), and Infant (0-2 years, free of charge) * Admission includes up to 9 Adventure+ activities on weekdays (excluding Singapore Public Holidays) and up to 5 Adventure+ activities on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays until 31 August 2026 * Entry is subject to park capacity, and waiting times may apply during peak periods * Feeding animals is strictly prohibited unless authorised by park staff * Guests are advised not to wear strong perfumes or fragrances as animals may be sensitive to strong odours * Guests with certain medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or susceptibility to panic or anxiety attacks are not permitted to participate in Black Adventure activities * Wildlife encounters may vary depending on time, location, and environmental conditions * Park operations, activities, and animal habitats are subject to change without prior notice
