A uniformed assistant holding a signboard with your name will meet you at the check in entrance of your airline (exact time will be sent to you after booking). If you selected a private transfer option, please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

Know in advance:
* For option 2, if you're a solo traveller you need to select the "Participant" ticket option
* Full name, flight arrival/departure details and time, passport details, and number of all passengers are needed for this service, please indicate them at check-out
* Infant aged between 14 days old and 9 years old on the travel date travel free when accompanied by a paying adult
* Immigration may ask to see your hotel information or your return ticket
* All passengers aged 10 and over must pay fast track in advance. In case of any additional passengers arriving at the airport, the service will be cancelled with no refund
* Fast Track is available from 06.00 to 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
* VIP access to any of the lounges is 2 hours maximum
* One piece of luggage and one carry-on per person are included if you have a transfer to your hotel
