* The Panak Cave is slippery, has narrow access, and can only be visited by fit people. It is a dark cave, which might not be comfortable for claustrophobic people

* The local Thai captain speaks very basic English
* It takes about 1 hour one-way to reach Phang Nga Bay, where the stops are located. After visiting the stops, it takes about 1 hour to reach Koh Yao Yai or Noi again
* The duration of the tour is the maximum amount of hours. If you are spending less time than usual at each stop, the tour might finish earlier
* Rain in Southern Thailand is unpredictable and can happen anytime. The tour will continue in the rain if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted
* Tour schedules might differ due to weather and sea conditions which is out of the control of the local operator
* If conditions are determined to be unsafe, the tour will be cancelled, and you can reschedule or get a full refund
