* The local operator takes an imprint of credit cards and check the corresponding ID with every tour. With electric bikes, a 500 USD authorization is placed on the card. All are measures to ensure the return of equipment
* During high season, a convenient bike drop-off service in Sausalito is offered for an additional fee (optional)

* Includes a bonus day of bike use after the tour, valid until shop closing time.
* California helmet law mandates anyone under 18 must wear a helmet
* Electric bikes may only be ridden by ages 13 and up; helmets are mandatory during electric bike tours
* A liability waiver must be signed at the beginning of each tour by all guests age 18 or over - guests under 18 must be co-signed by a parent or guardian
* Under weather conditions that are deemed non-operable, the local operator reserves the right to cancel any scheduled tour within 24 hours of the actual tour. They will notify you at that time
