Where you'll meet
Natural Bridge Caverns is 30 minutes north of downtown San Antonio. Head north on I-35, exit 175 and turn left (west) on Natural Bridge Caverns Road/F.M. 3009. It's eight miles down on the left. Upon arrival at the Visitors Center, please show the e-ticket to the ticket booth attendant.

Not allowed:
* Strollers are not permitted inside the caverns. A designated stroller parking area is provided while on tour
Know in advance:
* The caverns are at a constant 70°F (21°C) year around and have a 99% humidity level
* The tour is 1/2 of a mile long and has a series of stairs and ramps
* Areas in this cavern may include wet surfaces
* Use comfortable nonslip shoes and dress comfortably according to the weather
* If you have mobility or balance issues, walking out of the caverns is recommended instead of riding the B.A.T.
* Please arrive at the Visitor Centre 30-45 minutes before your tour time
