* The operator will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking to confirm your travel details. You'll need to provide the following information: pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight number, full names and years of birth for all passengers
* Waiting times are 90 minutes for international flights, 60 minutes for domestic flights, and 30 minutes for train stations, bus stations or hotels
Extra fees to be paid on site:
* Overtime charges apply at 11 USD per hour for cars, 11 USD for vans, and 14 USD for minibuses (payable directly to the driver)
* A late or early service surcharge of 9 USD for cars, 11 USD for vans, and 11 USD for minibuses applies between 22:00 and 05:00 (payable directly to the driver)
