And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings: 1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency. 2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building. 4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags 5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits. 6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. 7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators. 8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest.
