If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible. On arrival: Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys.
