MAISON FELIX

Maison Felix is not a place one simply stumbles upon. It is spoken of quietly, passed along in select circles, reserved for those who value discovery over the ordinary. A sanctuary infused with the spirit of la dolce vita, Maison Felix captures the rare intimacy of a private residence, elevated by artful design, intuitive service, a private gym & sauna for moments of wellness and balance, and the joy of uncovering something truly exceptional, an atmosphere thoughtfully designed for discerning guests aged 12 and above. Perfectly situated next to the iconic Bal Harbour Shops and the charming neighborhood of Surfside, Maison Felix offers guests unparalleled access to the best of the area. At its center, our lush courtyard oasis provides a refreshing escape from the city, positioning Maison Felix as a pioneer of a new era in boutique hospitality.
