The Villa is an impressive newly built stone villa situated in Asteri Village, only 14 km east of Rethymno. In addition, the villa has a big beautiful rooftop of 30 sq. m., where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the City of Rethymno.. Supermarkets, taverns, tourist shops and coffee shops are within 2km. The sandy beach of Sfakaki is 2.5 km away on the other side of the coastal road. We consider a car to be essential. Rethymno City is really close.
